The plain terms of being a member of Touch of Class. Written to be read.

What Touch of Class Is

Touch of Class is a world where adults who want touch, warmth and closeness find one another — being held, a massage given well, a hand to hold — with care and with class. Anyone may look. To put up an Invitation, to write to a member, or to be written to, you are a member.

Adults Only

You must be 18 or over to join, and you tell us the day you were born when you do. Your age is shown to members as a number. Lying about your age ends your membership without refund, and we may take further steps where the law asks us to.

Membership

One membership covers everything. It is $29 every three months, and it renews every three months on the same day unless you stop it. The price is shown on this site in Australian dollars and includes GST for Australian members. Nobody is ever charged between members; nothing between two people passes through us.

Stopping

You may stop your membership at any time from My Invitations. It runs to the day you have paid to, then ends; nothing further is charged. Your Portrait stays until then and is deleted six months after.

Who We Are, And Are Not

We are the place, not the chaperone. We check that a member is an adult and we do not vet anybody beyond that. We do not attend anything, and we are not responsible for what any person says or does, online or in person, or for anything that happens between members. You choose who you meet, where, and on what terms — and Honouring The Touch is what every member has promised you.

Honouring The Touch

Every member makes the promise on the Honouring The Touch page when they join. It is a condition of being here. A member who breaks it loses their membership without refund, and we will stand with the person they broke it against.

Your Words And Pictures

What you put up stays yours. By putting it up you let us show it to members so they can find you. Put up only what is yours to put up, and only a photograph that is of you. Anything unlawful, anything of a person who did not consent, or anything from somebody under 18 is removed and reported.

Privacy

Our Privacy page says exactly what we keep and who can see it, and it is part of these terms. What another member shows you is theirs — never share it, screenshot it or repeat it outside this world.

When A Membership Ends Early

A member who breaks Honouring The Touch, or uses Touch of Class to sell, spam, harass or harm, loses their membership without refund. We may also remove any Invitation or Portrait that breaks these terms.

The Law

Touch of Class is run from Australia, and these terms follow Australian law. Nothing here takes away a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands. We may change these terms; when we do, the date below moves and members are told.
