Refunds

Kindly, and plainly.

Changed Your Mind

If you join and, within 14 days, have not joined or started an Invitation or messaged anybody, write to us and we refund you in full. After that, a membership is yours for the year and is not refunded for a change of mind — but you can stop it at any time so it never renews.

Something Went Wrong

If you were charged and nothing was made yours, or you were charged twice, write to us and it is put right straight away.

Renewals

A renewal charged in error, or within 14 days of a renewal you did not want, is refunded. Stop your membership from My Invitations any time before your renewal day and nothing is charged.

Your Rights

Nothing here takes away a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
